Our family moved to Jefferson due to its strong community alliance and
"homey" feel. We felt welcome by all the people we met and I wanted to
continue to have other new residents and industry be welcomed and embraced
by the community as we have.
Tough and responsible decisions will need to be made as our community
grows and I wanted to be a part of the process, so not to lose the hometown
warmth and pride of Jefferson. |

1. Grow and develop our industry base without losing sight of our core
community values. 2. Retain our "hometown" atmosphere through our parks,
recreation, downtown area and festivals.
3. To be fiscally responsible with budgetary matters. |
