Wards and Districts

As part of the 2000 Census, municipalities were required to "redraw" their ward and district boundaries to more accurately allocate voters in each area.  The City of Jefferson's goal was to change the ward and district boundaries as little as possible.  However, some change was inevitable.   Persons effected by the redistricting have been personally notified of the change by City Hall Staff.
