CITY OF JEFFERSON
NOTICE OF PUBLIC –ACCESS TO RECORDS
(Pursuant to S.S. 19.34(1) of the Wis. Stats.)

     The Jefferson Police Department has designated Chief Gary Bleecker as the legal custodian of the public records and property of the Police Department.  The public may obtain information, and access to records, make requests for records, or obtain copies of records in the custody of the Police Department at the following place and times:

PLACE:  Jefferson Police Department
               425 Collins Road
               Jefferson, WI 53549

TIMES:  Monday thru Friday
              (9 A.M. to 5 P.M.) 

     The City of Jefferson is authorized by law to impose a fee on the requestor which does not exceed the actual, necessary and direct cost of reproduction and transcription of the record, unless a fee is otherwise specifically established by law.
     Further information on the methods for access is available from the legal custodian named above.
